This Cookie Policy explains how Ora uses cookies and similar technologies on orareport.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Your consent

We ask for your consent before setting analytics cookies. You may accept or reject them, and change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of the Site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.

2. Necessary and functional

These are always active:

• Consent preferences (HubSpot): __hs_cookie_cat_pref, __hs_opt_out and __hs_initial_opt_in, which record your cookie choice for up to 6 months.
• Security (HubSpot's network provider): cookies such as __cf_bm, set on HubSpot's domains.
• Session storage (Ora): campaign parameters and first-visit details and, after you subscribe, your email address for up to one hour so you can complete the optional questions. Cleared when you close the tab.

3. Analytics

These are set only with your consent:

• HubSpot: __hstc and hubspotutk (6 months), __hssc (30 minutes) and __hssrc (session). They record visits and link them to your subscriber record.
• Google Analytics: _ga and _ga_<ID> (2 years). They measure visits and how the Site is used.
• Microsoft Clarity: _clck (1 year) and _clsk (1 day). They produce heatmaps and session recordings, with text entered in forms masked. Microsoft may also set cookies such as MUID on its own domains.
• Local storage (Ora): first-visit details, kept between visits.

4. Advertising

We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Withdrawing consent

If you withdraw your consent, we stop analytics, delete our analytics cookies and local storage, and reload the page.
