Payment and independence
Ora is free to read. It takes no payment from the companies it covers. It does not sell investments or raise money for companies.
Conflicts of interest
Before we research a company, we check whether Ora, its editor or any firm the editor works with is paid by the company, holds a position in it or is raising money for it. Any of these rules the company out. Each report states the result of that check.
Corrections
If you think we got something wrong, write to hello@orareport.com. When we correct a report, the correction is listed at the end of that report.
The name
Ora is Latin for edge. In investing, an edge usually means an advantage. Ours is meant to be information: what the documents say about a company while it is still private.
